We take great care in packaging glass jars with reinforced eco-friendly wrapping. However, if your shipment suffers damage during postal transit:

Please send a clear photo of the broken item and shipping packaging to us via our Contact Form within 48 hours of receipt. We will issue a replacement or full refund immediately.

🔄 Returns Policy

Due to health and safety regulations governing food consumable goods, we cannot accept returns on opened jars or refill pouches.

If you wish to return unopened, sealed items in their original condition, you may do so within 14 days of delivery. Return postage costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item was sent in error or damaged upon arrival.
