Welcome to Salt Pan Salt (saltpansalt.com). By accessing our website, browsing our products, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

2. Artisan Nature of Products

Our sea salt is 100% hand-harvested from coastal salt pans in Gozo using traditional seasonal methods. Because our salt is completely natural, unrefined, and free from artificial anti-caking agents:

• Natural variations in crystal size, shape, and slight color tone may occur between batches.
• Natural sea salt retains mineral moisture; slight moisture variance is normal and authentic to unrefined sea salt.

3. Orders & Pricing

All prices listed on the website are displayed in Euros (€). We reserve the right to modify pricing, packaging, or product descriptions at any time. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, subject to product availability and acceptance by us.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We pack and ship orders locally in Malta & Gozo, as well as to international destinations. Estimated shipping times provided during checkout are guidelines and may vary due to postal carriers or customs processing for international orders.

5. Returns & Quality Guarantee

Due to the consumable nature of food products, we can only accept returns on unopened, sealed products within 14 days of receipt. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email info@saltpansalt.com with photo proof within 48 hours of delivery, and we will issue a replacement or refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All original content, text, branding, logos, and imagery on saltpansalt.com are the property of Salt Pan Salt and protected under Maltese and international copyright laws.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malta. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or orders placed through it shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Maltese courts.
